Fee Plans and Guarantees
 
OUR SERVICES are offered on a typical agency contingency basis in addition to 3 cost saving formats that other staffing agencies only offer to large corporations with high volume staffing needs. All plans can be tailored to meet your individual needs and requirements.
 
CONTINGENCY PLAN – When time is of the essence this plan may be the best suited to your needs. Our contingency plan offers our services on a percentage fee (negotiable dependent upon level of role and technology) based upon the first year’s starting salary of the candidate that you hire. No fees are rendered unless our candidate(s) is/are hired by your firm or one of its subsidiaries. A 100% 6 month replacement guarantee is included with this plan. Reduced fees can be offered for multiple positions.

RETAINER PLAN - When time is of the essence but budget is a concern, our Retainer Plan may be best suited to your needs.  We offer a flat fee (based upon level of role, technology and salary ranges) in which you have the benefit of retaining our entire firm working to provide you with quality candidates in the fastest possible timeframe, but at a much lower cost than typical agency contingency fees.  A 100% 6 month replacement guarantee is included with this plan. Further reductions in fees can be offered for multiple positions.

CONSULTING PLAN - Our Consulting Plan offers an even further cost effectiveness which can reduce your staffing costs up to 90% of standard agency fees, whereby we assign one specific recruiter to work on your requirement at an hourly rate ($60 per hour).  All work performed is fully documented and reports can be sent on either a daily, weekly and or on completion of project basis.  This plan is available on either a short or long term basis and for single or multiple requirements. Based upon your requirements we can offer a time frame of approximately how many hours will be needed. 

CONTRACTING STAFF PLAN - This plan is specifically designed for our clients who require contract staff for a period ranging from 1 day to an unlimited time period.  Our Contracting Plan offers contract staffing without the high hourly agency rates but rather a flat fee based upon the length of time of the contract, not an hourly rate. This plan is based upon your company directly contracting any hired contractors through your own payroll and paying their hourly rate to them directly – this savings in administration costs we pass directly to you.  In addition, we also offer our services for contract staffing with any hired contractors on our payroll on either an hourly or per diem rate basis.
